I am a graduate of Grace College where I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field and have had the privilege of serving individuals and families across a variety of settings. My experience includes working with families involved in DSS cases, supporting individuals in juvenile probation, counseling incarcerated adults, providing outpatient services, and working with individuals in recovery from addiction. I have also provided school-based services to children and teens.

I am passionate about meeting people where they are and creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe that counseling is a calling the Lord has placed on my heart, and I approach my work with compassion, humility, and a desire to walk alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges. For clients who desire it, I am happy to incorporate Christian counseling into our work together.

I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Hope-Focused Couples Therapy. I enjoy helping clients build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of my work as a counselor, I am a wife of 18 years and a mom of four. I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors, and being with my family.
