I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University and earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. I am passionate about supporting others through their walks of life. I feel everyone should get the chance to feel heard and cared for. 

My background is in teaching elementary education, so I have a special passion for the younger generation and I plan to eventually seek certification in play therapy. I also enjoy working with individuals of all ages who are dealing with issues such as anxiety, self-confidence, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. My faith is a huge part of my story, so I look forward to implementing a spiritual component with clients, upon request.
