Hello and welcome! I’m Kelsey, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University (2023) and a Bachelor’s degree in Ministry Leadership with an emphasis on Discipleship from Lee University (2018).

My professional journey has equipped me with valuable experience in behavioral and crisis intervention for children and teens. I have collaborated with parents to enhance their parenting skills and strengthen parent-child relationships. Additionally, I have worked with both perpetrators and victims of domestic and sexual violence.

I am passionate about supporting individuals aged 15 and up. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, mood disorders, or dissociative symptoms, I am here to provide compassionate and effective support.

In our sessions, you can expect to be met with kindness, respect, and a genuine desire to understand your experiences. I value creating a safe, judgment-free environment where we can work collaboratively towards your goals. I offer Christian counseling upon client request.

Outside of therapy, I am dedicated to serving the community and enjoy savoring my morning coffee. I cherish quality time with my family, sharing delicious meals, and exploring the outdoors.

My self-pay rate is $150 per session
