About
Noelle Bost, LMFTA
Clinician

Hi! I’m Noelle, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA) in the state of North Carolina. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lee University, followed by a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the same institution.
I work with individuals (ages 10+), couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges across different stages of life. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people can explore their internal experiences, process past and present traumas, and work toward greater self-understanding and healing.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy—and tailor my work to fit each person’s unique needs and strengths. I’m also certified in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and PREPARE/ENRICH for couples.

I support clients dealing with a wide variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship struggles, grief, parenting challenges, and life transitions. Above all, I aim to help people feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
In my free time, you’ll often find me spending time with my husband, out on the pickleball court, planning our next trip, or enjoying nature.

My self-pay rate is $150 per session
