Alisha Mathis has joined the Agape Counseling team as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, and will graduate from Capella University in 2026 with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. 

 

Alisha is an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and enjoys spending leisure time with her family and serving God through church and throughout the community.

 

Alisha leads through connection with each client with the desire to meet every client right where they are and approaches therapy with a collaborative and solution-focused approach. She works with the client to identify strengths and goals to work towards throughout the therapeutic process. Integration of faith-based counseling is available if desired.
